My name is Matsuyama Takeshi, I am an independant Mangaka from Toronto, Canada, lover of all things 8-bit, live on a steady diet of coconut buns, and the author of the manga series, Okamirai 狼雷
I have been drawing ever since I could hold a pen and have never given up on my dream of becoming a great mangaka. I hope one day my artwork can bring joy into all the people's lives who read it!

I specialize in traditional art as all of my drawing is done 100% by hand

First off, I'd like to apologize for the lack of updates in the past couple of weeks. ._.; On the bright side, there HAS been a reason......

I've been working on something very special for Okamirai that will be released next week :3 The wait for new pages will be worth it! There will be over 50 new pages next week including the special content for Okamirai! I really appreciate all those who've been supporting it and I want to say my thank you!

I will also be announcing the results of the popularity contest that you can still vote for here

Voting will end when Okamirai reaches 600 fans OuOb So go vote for your favorite character!!

Okamirai 1st Chapter Rewrite Announcement!~ >o</

Hey everyone!!~

So I've been pondering it for some time now about rewriting the first couple of chapters specifically 1-3 of Okamirai. My reason being that my art and storytelling abilities have improved and those chapters feel much more rough and unpolished :/

As such, I have decided to redraw and repace?(is that a word? xD) chapters 1-3 while still keeping the current story going.

So what does this mean? Well~~ You can expect more updates and new pages for chapter 16 as well as the revamped pages starting with chapter 1 as well!

I truly hope that you will all enjoy the new revamped chapters as well as the future chapters of Okamirai!

I want to sincerely thank you all for your support, it's been a great strength to me and I hope we can keep going on this adventure with Okamirai and whatever the future holds for it!! Thank you all!~ dQuQb

Also I'll be doing the cover for chapter 16 on the livestream which will be to mark Okamirai's 1 year anniversary next month on January 22nd!! A full color 2 page spread with lots of NEW characters! So keep an eye out ;3
