I've known a few artists around here lately who've been getting roped into 'working' for other people, the work is often free and has no real substance behind it, it's quite sad really. Unfortunately I was the same up until recently, I thought as an artist I had to work for free to get exposure and get notice... it didn't work. It's been a while since I started on Legendaria: Hawkheir after the completion of the original webcomic run, since abandoned, and now after another 96 pages, many months of constant, tedious work to arrive at another ending. I'm having this terribly nostalgic moment. I was just thinking about when I first joined MM in mid 2011, I'd seen an ad on facebook and decided to check it out. It was so different from how it is now. There was a 2 column list of about 12 comics and a sign up page. It was really just a place to read internet comics/manga, no illustrations and most of what is done now. There was the forum and that was all, I was over there a lot. UPDATE, PLEASE READ 7/4/2012: I will only be selecting a few comics out of the many requests I'm getting so please do not get upset because I didn't choose yours, I simply cannot handle all of these requests. A lot of artists on Manga Magazine ask others to review their work so they can improve on their blooming talent. This gave me an idea to start doing Manga/Comic reviews. Ever been so busy you go "Why?" Um yeah. So here's the dealie-o. So I've finally decided to get off my butt and build a website for Shamrock. It's astonishing that I don't have one already since, ya know... I build websites for a living. XD Anyhoo~ The website is going to be full of things like Character descriptions, world setting information, and a whole lot of other extra material that'll increase as the site matures. Summary: Keiji Inoue, an almost average high school student, is in fact a shape-shifter.
