I'm a comic/manga artist who's still looking for a break into the art industry. Lately I've become more interested in different comic art styles other than manga, but i still have a deep love for the medium. My early inspirations include the old nintendo 64 game, Mystical Ninja (god it's a great game!), Tenchi Muyo the OVA, and alot of 90's cartoons.:)

  AERO Hi, nice to meet you! I'm Aero, and I'm a 19-year-old aspiring manga artist. My dream is to become a successful mangaka in Japan (which is like winning the lottery, I know). I like listening to Japanese punk rock while I draw. I like both shonen and seinen manga, but my all time favorite manga is Full Metal Alchemist by Arakawa Hiromu. I like stories like FMA that demonstrate the strength and fragility of the human condition, and that's something I'd like to explore in the manga I create. I'm strictly a traditional artist because I'm just too dumb to use a computer (seriously though, I admire you digital artists, you guys are incredible). My materials are Tachikawa pen nibs, Sumi ink, Holbein gouache (usually for fixing coloring mistakes) and Copic markers. Please don't steal my art or character designs. I've worked hard to get where I am today, and I'm sure you guys are working hard too. If you want to talk to me about drawing techniques or just anything in general though, I'm completely open! :) I know what it feels like to be shy and awkward so I'll do everything I can to make you feel comfortable haha.   Hey, I gonna be hosting a drawing tournament Sponsored by SmithMicro (Creators of the manga studio software), anyway, i plan for a couple mangamagazine members to enter my contest using their MM accounts to enter by posting their entries on the site and maybe Deviantart too. I was just wondering if MM could help spread the word when the contest kicks into gear, ofcourse MM will be mentioned under "Special thanks" in the video i will make and all blogs and journals made to promote the contest and if not, it okay..:)

  Rumplestiltskin Chris knows there's something out there better for her. She's young, cute, downtrodden (in her opinion) and orphaned; How can she not be destined for greatness? When the chance to prove her worth comes along, she can hardly turn it down... Just a pity the only person she gets for company is a mysterious obnoxious masked fellow who just can't seem to leave her alone.

  Kyle the Spectre Meet Kyle the Spectre. He is a 19-year-old apparition who loves to pull pranks and act tough. But when it comes to combat, he'll do anything to protect his friends. His powers are Invisibility; shooting blue, glowing strings; and flight. Kyle is loyal, funny, and acts tough when it comes to enemies (and trying to impress girls). At the age of ten, his mother and father died in a car accident after a drunk driver hit them, making them flip over a rail. Since then, Kyle became upset for the loss of his parents. He was taken in by foster parents named Joe and Anna. As he got older, he began to make new friends. They also called him "Class Clown", due to making people laugh. But by the age of nineteen, things turned out for the worse. He ran away from home, thinking his parents dictated his life and nagged about what he was going to do with himself. A gang invited Kyle to join them. Their leader saw how he pulled pranks on people and thought it was pretty cool. Kyle agreed, thinking that these guys were good friends. During his first robbery, the leader pointed a gun at the store owner, threatening him. Kyle couldn't stand this and sprung at the leader. Sadly, the leader pushed him off and shot Kyle in the stomach. When the gang ran off, leaving Kyle for dead, the young man breathed to the clerk, "Tell my parents... that Kyle Blair says... I'm sorry..." He then died, before ambulance could reach him. His spirit use to work as an assassin for Slender Man, but he quit, trying to find a way to fully redeem himself from the clutches of Slender Man and the C.P. Syndicate. He travels alone and stumbles upon an old man and young man. What lies ahead for him will be revealed in the story of YoungBlood...
