So I've been getting terrible muscle aches around my neck, shoulders, arms, and espically my drawing hand. which..aches regularly, so it's not unusual. But recently these past weeks, I've been getting really painful neck/shoulder aches and the arm/hand too so talked with my friends to see what kind of stretching exercises there are. and he told me of this one: where you stretch our your arm in front of you and pull back the hand either forward or backward (the first two, left furmost pics...

First...thank you so much for taking the time to read this. Without my mother, there wouldn't be an artist named Zelda C. Wang She is everything to me. Recently she has been diagnosed with stage 2 breast cancer and several other health problems. It's overwhelming and highly stressful for her, yet instead of concerning about her health, she worries about the medical expense more... My Dream Manga, "Apple Black", is finally finished, all 50 pages! after 5 years of writing the story! chapter 1 is finally ready, all 50 pages, its gonna be a long story, with a shit ton of chapters! with range of 15-25 pages each but this first one is 50 pages!! Now Im working on the chapter cover and reviewing the 50 pages! stay tuned for more stuff!!
