Hi!

Let us introduce ourselves.

Studio Kawaii is formed by two people here, Ana and Mercedes (Meru).

We´re Spanish, we´re sisters...and yup, we´re twins.

Age? Oooold, quite ooold.

We started to work as mangakas in 1997, and published their first works in Spanish manga and anime magazines, like “Dokan” and “Minami”. However, their first well-known work came in 2002, with our short story “Nocturne”, published in the Spanish yaoi magazine “Itaii Itaii” (SBC Ediciones), where we still publish some or our works.
Our best-known work up to now is “Treasure”, our first full-length graphic novel, published in the USA by Yaoi Press, Ltd. and in Germany by “The Wild Side”.
First volume was first published in 2006 and the second one in 2007.
On 2010 we´ve published another graphic novel "Romance under the masks" for Nowevolution, a Spanish publisher.

Now we proudly introduce in Manga Magazine our latest work, "The Soul Chaser". We´re putting our hearts and souls (Souls...Soul chaser..hmn.. Souls! ha ha ha -okay, I´ll drop it) into this manga, so we hope you enjoy it!
