Ok I just got a Illustudio software and I just find a tool that called Perth Ruler.People said that its good for drawing background.Can somebody explain to me how to use perth ruler

They're used as "guides" to help you draw stuff like buildings better. It helps you out with perspective and angles.



It's based off the PERTH ruler that real mangaka use.
