I put alot of effort in making this good! This message was to let go of your balloon! The red balloon symbolize childhood. And this girl's face is happy because she had a good childhood, and remembers it as it fades and disappears. Because she knows shes an adult now. 

This is one of my characters for a idea I had. :)
