It was so hard to come up with a drawing about mothers in general and my mum in specific. I'm best friends with my mum and she was and still is my number 1 supporter when it comes to art.
What I end up drawing might look generic and overused but it's all I feel about my mother.
I'll always feel like a kid around her, I'll always run to her when in joy or trouble. Same for her; I'll always see her young soul through all the lines on her face.
When I think my mother, I can only think of how much giving she is so I knew I had to draw nature there with greens and sunlight. Even in her bitterness, or her most wrong decisions, her first thought was to give someone else, asking for no return.
In here head, she's living a fairytale. She's been viewing this world thought the lens of fairytales' writers which makes it easy to understand why she had bitter fragments in her soul.
My mother's name is Rawda which means "Gardens"
I can't think of a better name
for she will always be the garden for my soul even of we where to live in a wide white space.
