While reporter Takeshi Akitsuki was walking home after work one night, a guy cloaked in black saved him from a robber. This guy, who claimed to be the "Devil", did not say much and left, but after that, mysterious murders began to occur in town one after another. Did the "Devil" take part in them? The only thing Takeshi knew was that it would be "big news"...
