Long ago, there was an elite team gathered by, the government Light Legion, called Neos. They took their name from the legendary power, neo, which is left dormant in most humans and can only be activated through a shock of despair and intense training. One day Neos rebelled against Light Legion, causing a civil war. Reasons are unknown why Neos rebelled...
However, Neos aren't the main characters in this manga, rather their descendants are; Lucas, Damon and Hikari. These three form up a new Neos team. Follow them on their epic journey to make Neos the way it was before and bring justice to it's name. Stay tuned!
