This group was founded and is currently led by who else, but the President of Misery: Ciel Phantomhive.
Together with Oz Vessalius, Allen Walker, Alois Trancy, Okumura Rin, Soma Yuki, Hyuuga Natsume, Hitsugaya Toushiro, and many others, they… get absolutely nothing done.
