Getting over a silly cold and can't get to sleep. How is the arm (it was arm right?) Is it healing okay?

My arm is okay, well.. not that okay.. muscle fatigue but it's not that bad ;^; and you should get some rest too :D nothing beats a cup of warm milk to make you sleep XD
